Restaurant Viand features an indoor dining area and a spacious terrace with direct views of the sea — where flavors and drinks come together in a refined dining experience, complemented by the sea breeze and the scent of the waves.

The indoor area is fully air-conditioned and designated entirely as a non-smoking space, creating a comfortable and relaxed environment for dining at any time of the day.

The terrace offers a lighter, more open connection to the sea, with direct access to the beach and convenient proximity to the pool area.

The restaurant also features a main bar with a carefully selected range of beverages that complement the dining experience.

Thanks to its strategic location, in close proximity to the terrace, sunbed area and the beach, the bar naturally becomes one of the most preferred spots throughout the day, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

The hotel’s all-inclusive concept is expressed through the kitchen, led by Executive Chef Aleksandar Aleksiev, who returns for a second consecutive season to lead the team.

His professionalism is shaped by years of experience as a private chef to the Brazilian Ambassador to Bulgaria, as well as work across a range of culinary settings — from official events to more intimate dining environments.

With this experience, he leads the kitchen with confidence and a deep understanding of guests’ tastes, creating a balanced and well-rounded dining experience.

 

During main meal times, guests are kindly encouraged to dress in a manner appropriate to the setting, with swimwear not considered suitable, in consideration of the comfort of all guests.
