To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are observed.

 

✦ Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM

Check-out is until 11:00 AM

Late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and an additional charge.

 

✦ Payment & Reservations

All stays are payable in advance, either by card or in cash.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

 

✦ Access to Rooms

Guest rooms are reserved exclusively for registered guests.

Visitors who are not registered are not permitted in the rooms.

 

✦ Key Cards

We kindly ask that all key cards are returned to reception upon departure.

 

✦ Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or indoor areas.

Outdoor smoking areas are available and clearly designated.

 

✦ Pets

Guests travelling with pets are welcome.

Pets up to 15 kg are accepted, subject to prior confirmation and an additional charge.

 

✦ Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

 

✦ Food

Food may not be taken outside the restaurant.

For hygiene and safety reasons, bringing food from the restaurant into guest rooms is not permitted.

 

Reserving sunbeds and umbrellas by placing towels or personal belongings is not permitted. Items left unattended may be removed by hotel staff.

 

  • For safety reasons, glass bottles and glassware are not allowed within the pool area.
  • Sunbeds and umbrellas are not to be used outside of the pool’s operating hours, when cleaning and disinfection procedures take place.
  • Wristbands are to be removed upon check-out (by 11:00 AM).
  • The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the All Inclusive / Ultra All Inclusive program during the season without prior notice.

 

We kindly ask all guests to respect the comfort and privacy of others, helping us maintain a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel.
